The NYT has an extensive feature on libertarian/Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul in today's Sunday Magazine section. It's packed with interesting factoids and analysis. My favorite?
Maybe this is old news, but Paul's family ran a dairy business. As a teenager, Paul had delivery route. One of his customers was Honus Wagner. I am not sure why I think that's cool. But I do.
I am very glad and thankful that the mainstream media is starting to cover Ron Paul. Still, the New York Times seems to think people who believe in the constitution are just a bunch of Wackos. I think what we urgently need is a man of principle and integrity in the White House. His ‘radical’ positions are simply based on actually following the Constitution. It has just been so long that everyone in America seems confused about the structure of our United States as stated in the Constitution. Everybody in America please re-read Constitution and then Ron Paul’s ‘wacky’ ideas will make perfect sense.
Ron Paul has the most contributions from U.S. military personnel above all other candidates. So support the troops and vote Ron Paul!
Ron Paul places 1st or 2nd in every straw poll, debate, and active participation survey.
Ron Paul is 1st in YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, Meetup, Google, etc. The old media is just too slow to realize what is happening.
Pittsburgh have much to be proud of regarding Ron Paul. He is the man of integrity and courage that America needs at this time.
“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.” John Quincy Adams

Went to the rally tonight. It was great. I figure 1,000 people attended.
