All this Erie coverage is great, and very entertaining! Good work!

Erie County floated a $4 million bond for Geidc to purchase the property and provide infrastructure. This is also a KOZ tax exemptions for 13 years this includes local all state(except employee earned income tax) city, county and school taxes. The property was collecting $400,000 a year as it sat. Now thats gone. Think where this property sits. In fact most all the lake front property has tax abatements of 10 years. This includes the $400,000 condos on the west bayfront. A Super WalMart was just built and got 10 years of property tax abatement. In the mean time mine went up in this 80 year old $60,000 mansion I live in.
