The Supreme Court's Kelo decision has generated a lot of interest in eminent domain as people of all political stripes scramble to protect their property from revitalization, redevelopment and other forms of flim-flammery. This has made for strange bedfellows, to be sure, but things keep getting stranger all the time: Here's National Review praising California Congresswoman Maxine Waters.
If this keeps up, Kelo might end up being the best thing to happen to property rights in a long, long time. And good news for Pittsburgh, one of the most prominent victims of this sort of abuse.
