It seems fair to remember that, like any industry, a rural tourism lifestyle industry will have cycles. My beef with VT is how inaccessible it is . . . that is supposed to be part of its charm, I guess, but its MOST accessible to New Yorkers with cars . . . rather than folks who might travel by bus or train from other parts of the country . . .
