Sorry Anti-rust. I did not intend for you to take my comment as being directed at you (although on a second read it certainly does sound that way). My comment was born out of frustration at the "actionpa" people and other environmental groups who have all sorts of opinion about environmental "issues" but no actual facts. Actionpa and their friends would have us all believe that we are living in our own filth which is simply not the case.

Over the past several months, I've been exposed to several environmental groups and self-styled citizen activists who fit the description above, and I continue to be amazed at how irrational they are. It's like arguing with nothing. I just don't get it.

And you do make an excellent point about Pennsylvania's balance of trade. The question I continue to struggle with is how to fix it.
